At Vintage Wholesale, we aim to ensure your inventory meets your expectations, but please note that due to the unique nature of pre-loved items, returns are only accepted for significant grading errors or damaged goods. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

    Email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the items that do not meet the specified grade or condition.

    Review Process

    Our quality control experts will review your claim within 48 hours to verify that the items fall outside our standard vintage grading criteria.

    Secure Packaging

    Once approved, pack the items securely in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged further during transit.

  • 4.
    Ship and Refund

    Send the package back using our provided prepaid label; your refund or credit will be processed immediately upon receipt and inspection.
